Oh, No!

Heaven has no rage
like love to hatred turned,
Nor hell a fury
like a woman scorned.

Reno promises smooth
AG transition and Assistance
in Bringing Stockton Dupres to Justice!

WASHINGTON --- Attorney General Janet Reno said Thursday
that she called Former Sen. John Ashcroft, R-Mo.,
shortly after President-elect George W. Bush
nominated him to head the Justice Department,
and told him she would be "supportive of a proper transition,
and offer any assistance to him in
re-capturing rebel squirrel leader, Stockton Dupres.

The attorney general said she understands "the confirmation has
to come first, but nevertheless,
I called him and congratulated him on his nomination."
Reno said the two discussed, at length,
the current squirrel uprising in Kentucky
and her former involvement with Dupres.
She said she made it clear to Ashcroft that she
wants Dupres stopped and regrets that
she will not be the one to do it.

"I think it's obvious that we disagree on a number of issues,"
she added."But we both want Dupres caught and punished."

Reno has consistently declined to give reasons for her
change of heart involving Dupres but admits that she may
have been too lenient toward him
and his army over the last couple of years.

Dupres supporters charge that Reno is an embittered,
jilted lover after Dupres seduced her to gain leverage
for the Kentucky branch of the Squirrel Enforcement Army.
And then discarded her once their secret e-mails were discovered.

"Some people in-house (at the department)
characterize it as revenge ," Reno said.
"I'm not getting into that name game."
